This page lists updates to Cosmos Quest along with the changes made in each update. The most recent content update is v3.0.4.0 with the latest patch being released on July 12th, 2018.
Not counting the game's initial release, the game has received 52 updates.
Today we're making some adjustments to heroes with some small balance changes, as well as introducing new heroes, re introducing win rate rewards and adjusting tournament algorithm slightly.
Super World Boss event has been adjusted and should now be fixed and working correctly. To remind you about how the event functions, you can check last weeks patch notes here; Patch Notes
This was hotfixed in just prior to the event taking place on July 11th, and further changes were made in the evening of July 11th.
On top of this the text on the icon to show when the event is available was adjusted to more accurately display players receiving extra AS, and not always double.
One Time Heroes were buffed and are now levelable with Cosmic Coins at the standard rate.
Lady of Twilight now provides 3 Armor and 3 Attack to all units.
Tiny now provides 1 AoE & Heal every 24 levels (Reaching 4 AoE & 4 Heal at Level 99)
Nebra now boosts the attack of all units by 20, and has received a base stat adjustment.
Bubbles now provides a 0.50% Area of Effect reduction per level and has received a base stat adjustment.
Bubbles is still only levelable with Ascension Spheres
Random heroes skills were adjusted to have less predictable outcomes.
Dicemaster should now gain more than +0 Attack & Health on a more regular basis.
Luxurious Maximus should now target something other than the unit in front of him on a more regular basis.
Pokerface will now crit more often.
Corruptor Chest Heroes have been added to the game
Taint - Air - Common - Deals 50% Ricochet to 5 Units
Putrid - Earth - Rare - Losses 3 Attack per Turn
Defile - Fire - Legendary - Deals 50 damage to all enemies when killing a unit.
The Follower & Hero selection algorithm was adjusted for tournaments. Two tournaments of the same name should be noticeably different to one another. It’s worth noting that whilst there will be more randomness to the tournaments, it’s entirely possible two tournaments of the same name may have some similarities occasionally. Random is after all random.
Win Rate rewards have been reintroduced to tournaments. Should you finish in the Top 30* Win Rate of a tournament you’ll receive the following;
1st to 6th - 5 Regular Keys
7th to 12th - 4 Regular Keys
13th to 18th - 3 Regular Keys
19th to 24th - 2 Regular Keys
25th to 30th - 1 Regular Keys
The current plan is to increase this by 10 placements every season.
Today we’re introducing some long awaited adjustments to the Super World Boss event, some new heroes and a few minor visual updates as well as some bug fixes.

Dr. Hawking has been added to the Auction House.
Dr. Hawking was a Limited Time Offer costing 5,000 UM. Due to his offer intending to be a limited time at that price, he will have a starting bid on the Auction House of 5,000 UM.
Introduced a new Common, Rare & Legendary hero to the Auction House. These heroes can only be obtained by winning the relevant Auction. Once an Auction has been won, they can be leveled with Prana.
Dicemaster - Common - Water - Gains 0-20 attack and health at the start of the battle.
Luxurius Maximus - Rare - Attacks a random enemy with each attack.
Pokerface - Legendary - Has a chance to deal triple damage.
Adjustments have been made to the Super World Boss event. Super World Boss will still have a 10% chance to spawn on any boss spawn, we believe this adds excitement to the killing and spawning of new boss’ and enjoy the community driven hype we see in the chatrooms from it.
Super World Boss will now require 2,000 Attacks to kill.
Super World Boss will still only be attackable 2 times.
Super World Boss will still reward double AS.
Super World Boss event will now correctly function, and instead of a guaranteed Super World Boss, every Super World Boss day will now give you double AS on your first 2 attacks.
Should you be fortunate enough to see a Super World Boss spawn on the Super World Boss event day and your first 2 attacks that day are against the Super World Boss, you’ll earn quadruple AS for those 2 attacks.
We weren’t happy with the unfortunate situation where players were missing Super World Boss’ because they were dying in less than 2 hours during the middle of the night for some players. Super World Boss should now be more welcoming to time zone and player activity differences. We believe balancing the Super World Boss around 1,000 unique attackers is a good adjustment that should see Super World Boss’ dying faster than regular boss’, but not too fast that causes players to miss opportunities. We will continue to assess the situation and make adjustments if necessary.

Added a notification icon for Super World Boss event day.
Fixed a visual bug that resulted in players being awarded followers from PvP battles. We’d received reports of players ‘losing’ followers when claiming miracles. We can confirm this was just a visual bug due to the client awarding followers with each PvP battle, when claiming miracles the server was catching up and then displaying the correct amount.

Introducing new rotating events feature, currently consisting of 4 rotating events each with a limited duration. One Event will always be active:
Flash Tournaments: Cost 100 UM to enter, UM as prize pool as well as random Seasonal heroes.
Cosmos Quest Lottery: Purchase as many tickets as you like to enter the lottery for a chance to win UM.
Dungeon Quest: Complete limited quests to earn Star Dust per quest completed (All players have the same quests).
Super World Boss: World Bosses spawn with less attacks required to kill, and an increased Ascension Sphere pool
These events will start on Monday 7th
Buying UM during weekend, will award you double Universe Marbles.
Introducing Season Pass: Purchasing a Season pass in the shop gives access to a list of challenges, when completed you're awarded an Ascended Season Hero. Each task will award a prize when completed. Season pass expires at season ends. Season Pass is avaiable at Ranking Page
Tournament reward & Season reward structure is being revamped. Seasons will now reward Star Dust - a new currency that enables players to purchase other in-game currencies, currently that is Keys, Hero Keys, Ascension Spheres, Prana or Followers. (This was done to enable players to have choice over how their Season performance rewarded them - previous Seasons saw players obtaining different currencies with feedback being that some Seasons rewards were notably worse because of it).
Tournaments, instead of rewarding UM, you will be rewarded with Star Dust. As a "standard" reward, you will continue receiving PG.
Hourly Battles now rewards Star Dust.
Win Rate rewards are being removed.
Easter event Heroes are being lowered to 9 levels per Auction. (Auctions in process will end once the patch is applied and winners will obtain the respective hero at Level 99, after that new auctions will start following the 9 levels per auction rule.)
Season 2 Heroes will be added to the Auction House.
Starting Season 6.
Season 5 players will obtain 1 hero based on their Tournament performance.
Introducing Ascended Bavah
Introducing new hero in the Shop DR.HAWKING purchasable with UM, the offer will last 15 days.
Reworking Battle System - Some technical limitations are being removed that enables new skills, as well as more skill affects to be displayed (Things such as +Attack bonus’ will be easier to see in Battle).
The Easter event will consist in a series of “Flash Tournaments”, where each player will fight against all the other participants with the objective to win as many individual fights as you can.
The price of admission for these tournaments will be 100 Universe Marbles.
Flash tournaments will start after 64 players join.
After joining a Flash Tournament you’ll need to wait 1 hour before joining another.
The top 3 will get 9 levels of a Legendary Hero
Top 4-9 will get 9 levels of a Rare Hero
Top 10-18 will get 9 levels of a Common Hero
The rest of players will get 5 Prana Gems
These Heroes won’t be levelable with any other method
If you already have the corresponding level 99 Hero you’ll instead obtain 36,18 or 9 Prana gems, respectively.
These Tournaments will not award any Prana Gems or Universe Marbles based on your position
This event will end on Tuesday 3rd April at 23:59 GMT.

If you go to the shop and click on “Buy marbles”, you will see that a new event appears. It consists on cool Halloween heroes rewards, that you can unlock by buying marbles during this event or clicking the spider when it moves.
Every time that you click on the spider, you will receive a certain amount of UM, that will inflate your bar with the objective to unlock the Halloween Heroes.
All the heroes will automatically be unlocked when you reach the indicated amount of Universe Marble, but it will not cost you any Universe Marble (you’ll keep all your Universe Marble).

Today a new era begins for Cosmos Quest, now you’ll be able to form an army with mythical creatures to fight against other players.
